Hello & welcome,

I began surfing the web looking for a forum community that "fit" and found most forums to be so micro niched they couldn't hold my attention span very long. I didn't want to have to join 1/2 a dozen forums to discuss all the things that interest me. After a futile search I decided to create my own forum hoping to connect with people like myself (or similar)

I'm your typical stuck-in-grunge Gen X baby that lives in yoga pants.

I'm a happy homebody often described as a hippie.

I had a day job I loved, but suffered a head injury on-the-job in Dec 2010 & have been at home recovering transitioning into the next phase of my life professionally which is now in recovery-limbo. WSIB is trying to screw me over.

I'm happily married. Childless by choice.

I'm an avid foodie, crafter, nature & animal lover and a bit obsessed with news & politics.

I think Anonymous is the best thing since wikileaks and I'm inspired by the occupy movement.

My life dream: Move To Haliburton Highlands & live a creative & sustainable life in the country
